(\"Section Rouge\") (TSX-V:\n SRO), announces that the reverse takeover transaction with Les\n Emballages Cartex Inc. (\"Cartex\") has been terminated.\n\n\nThe proposed transaction, initially announced on March 1, 2013, was\n subject to a number of conditions being satisfied, including the\n execution of formal agreements and completion of all legal, accounting\n and financial due diligence.
