The Pilot Plant is planned to produce large-scale\nsamples of coated spherical purified graphite (“\n \n\n CSPG\n \n\n ”) for future\nFalcon customers.\n \n\n\n\n HIGHLIGHTS\n \n\n\n\n\n\n All key equipment\n \n\n for the Pilot Plant has been ordered with\n \n\n deliveries underway\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n First CSPG samples\n \n\n expected to be available for customer testing in\n \n\n September 2025\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Pilot\nPlant commissioning\n \n\n expected to be completed by\n \n\n Q4 20\n \n\n 25\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Offtake discussions are\nprogressing\n \n\n with Shanshan and key customers;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Feasibility Study\n \n\n remains on schedule for publication in\n \n\n Q4 2025\n \n\n .\n \n\n\n\n\n\n “We are pleased to confirm that\nFalcon is on track to make the first CSPG samples available to future\ncustomers late summer”, commented Matthieu Bos, Chief Executive\nOfficer of Falcon. “This will be an important milestone and move us\ntowards our goal to build a large-scale anode production facility to\nprovide a diversified supply of critical materials to the European and\nNorth America.”\n \n\n\n\n Pilot Plant Development at Jorf\nLasfar\n \n\n\n\n Falcon has selected the site of its partner Fluoralpha\nS.A.
