Acquisition of The Magazine La Voix du Village Is Annulled

LONGUEUIL, April 13 /CNW Telbec/ - SECTION ROUGE MEDIA inc. (TSX : SRO)
has annulled the acquisition of the magazine La voix du Village, announced
March 23, 2005.
An irreconcilable difference between the parties regarding the management
of the magazine rendered impossible the attainment of profitability goals set
by our Company. The parties have thus agreed to annul, without cost to either
party, the transaction which was to have been paid principally by the issuance
227,273 shares of Section Rouge MDedia inc.

The growth stock exchange TSX has neither approved nor disapproved the
contents of this communication.
