Mrs. Mann and Mr. Lebeuf\nreplace Robert Coltura, the former VP Admin and Director\n \n \n \n \n of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n Diane Mann has been involved in the venture capital\nfinancial marketplace for over 25 years and brings a wealth of\nexperience to the team in a variety of areas. She began her career in\nthe investment industry and has since worked with several mining\nresource companies, primarily in executive administration, corporate\ncommunications, and special project coordination. As an experienced\nleader and team member, she is focused on supporting complex\norganizations through periods of constant and rapid growth through the\nproper application of strategic communications, stakeholder liaison,\nand project management. Ms. Mann has a BSc. Mr. Lebeuf has extensive\nexperience in corporate and regulatory compliance, securities laws,\ncorporate finance and in merger and acquisition negotiations. He has\nadvised underwriters and issuers in financing transactions, IPOs,\ndirect equity offerings, acquisitions, private investments, and rights\nofferings, primarily on the CSE and TSXV exchanges.
