[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n10 May 2024\nFadel Partners, Inc.\n('FADEL', the 'Company' or, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group')\nPosting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM\nFADEL, the developer of cloud-based brand compliance and rights and royalty management software, is pleased to confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"), are available on the Company's website at www.fadel.com and will be posted to shareholders today.\nThe Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Cavendish at One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL, United Kingdom, on 20 June 2024 at 4:00 p.m. (UK time).\nIn order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. Shareholders wanting to attend the online AGM should register for the event in advance by using the following link - https://www.investormeetcompany.com/fadel-partners-inc/register-investor.\nHowever, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible.\nShareholders are invited to submit questions for the Board to consider.
