[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n25 June 2025\nFacilities by ADF PLC\n(\"Facilities by ADF\", \"ADF\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nResult of Annual General Meeting\nResult of Annual General Meeting\nThe Annual General Meeting of Facilities by ADF PLC was held at Kitsmead Lane, Longcross, Lyne, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0EF earlier today.\nAll 13 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll, with the requisite number of votes cast in favour of each resolution. Resolutions 1  to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 and 13 were passed as special resolutions.\nThe number of votes cast for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and the number of votes withheld will be published on our website in due course.\nAs at 25 June 2025, there are 107,822,776 ordinary shares in issue. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share.
