The facility is in the heart of Glasgow enabling ADF to provide local support in the region and will provide the Group with direct access to the range of productions scheduled to be filmed at Pioneer.\n \n \n \n \n \n ADF opened the new office in response to the recent growth in the film and HETV market in Scotland which has witnessed extensive studio space expansion and inward investment as global productions increasingly choose the country's natural landscape and strong creative sector. Amazon recently invested £50 million in Pyramids Studios at Bathgate's Pyramids Business Park, which hosted the likes of Trainspotting T2, and in March 2022, Screen Scotland reported that the country's film and television sector could be worth £1bn by 2030. As such, the new base will not only strengthen the Group's regional presence alongside global production companies, with the support of Pioneer Films Studio, ADF will also be able to capitalise on the growing activity in one of the largest emerging markets within the UK Film and TV industry.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Marsden Proctor, Chief Executive of Facilities by ADF, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \"We have seen the UK Film and HETV industry become a major force on the global stage, and the trend will only continue to rise.
