(“Extendicare” or the “Company”) (TSX: EXE) announced that it has declared a cash dividend of C$0.0441 per common share of the Company for the month of March 2026, which is payable on April 15, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
