Experian PLC has applied for the admission of 50,000 ordinary shares to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange. These shares, with a nominal value of US 10 cents each, are expected to be admitted to trading on October 3, 2025. The shares are reserved under a block listing and will be issued due to the award of shares pursuant to the Experian International Sharesave Plan.
