The company's SaaS-based digital care coordination platform helps simplify and automate the appointment, scheduling and payment process for healthcare providers and for patients. It brings greater convenience to patients, enabling them to self-register their own appointments via their smartphone and help them to proactively manage their care.\n \nThe acquisition will complement Experian's existing strengths in the financial and administrative segment (revenue cycle management) of US healthcare.
