Boxxer retains Macam for investor relatons and corporate update

(TSX Venture: BXX/OTC:\n BXXRF) (\"Boxxer\" or the \"Corporation\") today announced that it has entered into a consulting agreement with\n Macam Investor Relations (\"Macam IR\") to provide investor relation\n services, subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval.\n Macam IR will initiate and maintain contact with the financial\n community, shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders for the\n purpose of increasing awareness of the Company and its activities.\n\n\nThe initial term of the agreement between the Company and Macam IR is\n for a one year period subject to renewal or earlier termination by\n either party subject to the terms of the agreement. Macam IR will\n receive a monthly fee of $7,500 over the course of the agreement. In\n addition, subject to regulatory approval, Macam IR will be granted\n 4,000,000 options at a price of $0.05.
