(BXX-TSXV; OTC -BXXRF)\n (\"Boxxer\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the recommendations of an independent National\n Instrument 43-101 Technical Report, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral\n Projects (\"NI 43-101\"), on its 100% owned Buena Vista copper project,\n located in Churchill County, North Central Nevada.\n\n\nThe Technical Report on the Buena Vista Project dated April 25, 2013 was\n prepared by Phil Van Angeren P.Geol., Qualified Persons as defined by\n NI 43-101. The report has been filed on SEDAR and will be available for\n viewing under the company's profile at www.sedar.com and on the company website at www.boxxergold.com. Highlights of the Technical Report are set out below:\n\n\nHighlights:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\na)\n\n\n \n\n\nThe stratigraphic, structural, geophysical and geochemical features of\n the Buena Vista property suggest that it has excellent potential to\n host iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG-style) mineralization,\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nb)\n\n\n \n\n\nThe encouraging results from Boxxer's 2006/07 & 2012 exploration and\n from the geophysical anomalies indicated in 2010, continued surface\n exploration is warranted for Phase I,\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nc)\n\n\n \n\n\nTrenching is recommended for the more significant mineralized exposures\n (e.g., the CS series of occurrences, and the 2006 rock-sample sites).\n Phase I is budgeted at US $178,000, and\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nd)\n\n\n \n\n\nPhase II will follow Phase I, with up to 1,500 meters (15,000 ft) of\n core drilling, evidently contingent upon results from Phase I. The\n objective of the drilling program will be to test the lateral and depth\n continuity of the geological and geophysical targets deemed to be of\n highest priority by Phase I. Of particular interest will be the IP1, MT2-MT3, IP4/MT5 and the IP6/MT6 anomalies.
