Mr. McGraw has been a director since 1992 and has\nextensive knowledge of Exco's business. Mr. McGraw replaces Mr. Hofmann who\nhas been Chairman since 2001 and who will remain a board member until his\nretirement at the end of his term in January, 2007.\nExco also announced the appointment of Peter van Schaik as a director\neffective October 12, 2006. Peter is the CEO and majority owner of Van-Rob, a\nsuccessful manufacturer of small and medium metal stampings and structural\nassemblies servicing the automotive industry from plants in Ontario, USA and\nMexico. Peter's appointment fills a vacancy created by the resignation of\nBrian Steck from the Board in June of this year.
