(TSX: EXN) (FSE: E4X2) (\"Excellon\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's news release dated April 15, 2025, it has received approval to transfer the listing of the common shares of the Company (the \"Common Shares\") from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the \"TSX\") to the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"TSXV\"). Delisting of the Common Shares from the TSX will occur effective at market close on May 6, 2025 and listing of the Common Shares on the TSXV will occur effective at market open on May 7, 2025. The Common Shares will continue to trade under the symbol \"EXN\".
