Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (OTCQB: EVFM) (Evofem or the Company) today announced that it has entered into a License and Supply Agreement (L&S Agreement) with Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (NasdaqCM: WINT), under which Windtree will be Evofem's sourcing partner for PHEXXI® (lactic acid, citric acid and potassium bitartrate).
