Accordingly, the Company confirms that, subject to, among other matters, Admission becoming effective, it will issue 10,000,000 Placing Shares on 6 October 2017, representing approximately 14.3 per cent of the Enlarged Share Capital. Trading in the Placing Shares is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 October 2017.\nFurther details of the Placing Shares are set out in the announcement of 18 September 2017 and the Circular posted to Shareholders on that same day, which are available to view on the Company's website: http://investors.everymancinema.com/. Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the Circular.\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 69,927,103 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury.
