[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8731U Everyman Media Group PLC 27 October 2017 \n\n27 October 2017\nEveryman Media Group PLC\n(\"Everyman\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nIssue of Equity\nDirector/PDMR Shareholding\nThe Company has been notified that Jonathan Peters, Group Finance Director, today exercised share options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of 85 pence per share, and subsequently sold the 100,000 Ordinary Shares for a price of 187 pence per share.\n \nAccordingly, application has been made for admission of 100,000 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 3 November 2017. Following admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 70,027,103 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury.\n \nThe above figure of 70,027,103 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \nThere is no change to Mr Peters' ordinary shareholding as a result of the above transactions.
