[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n16 August 2024\nEveryman Media Group PLC\n(\"Everyman\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \nEveryman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that share options over 2,791 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") have been exercised.\n \nApplication is being made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 2,791 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"), which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 21 August 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Ordinary Shares of the Company currently traded on AIM.\nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 91,180,760 Ordinary Shares in issue.
