(\"Blue Coast\") purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 53.0 pence per Ordinary Share.\nMr Michael Rosehill, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a director of Blue Coast.
