[{"type":"text","content":"Evertz Technologies Limited to Announce Fiscal 2020 Year End Results on June 30, 2020Burlington, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 23, 2020) - Evertz Technologies Limited (TSX: ET) will release its 2020 fiscal year end financial results on June 30, 2020 at approximately 4:00 p.m. (EDT).While the year-end audit is ongoing, the Company's revenue in the fourth quarter is expected to reflect a decline of approximately 14% from the same period in the previous year and is estimated to be in the range of $90 million and $95 million for the fourth quarter and between $435 million and $440 million for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2020.Furthermore, given the current uncertainty in an environment dominated by Covid-19 and the desire to maintain its financial flexibility, the Company anticipates a reduction in its regular quarterly dividend. The Evertz Board of Directors will finalize its decision with respect to the dividend at its meeting to be held on June 30, 2020. Subsequent to the release of its 2020 fiscal year end financial results, the Company will hold a conference call with financial analysts to discuss the results on June 30, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
