Ms. Johnigarn previously held a position as a consultant to the Company's subsidiary, Totalpost Services, Inc. By expanding its customer base to end users, the Company hopes to increase its gross margins, sales volume, customer mix, and brand recognition. The new sales team has undergone extensive training over the last couple of weeks from mailroom industry veterans.\n\n\tMs. Johnigarn is a licensed Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She worked for Sony Pictures and then for Universal Pictures as a Senior Financial Analyst for over a decade, where she was responsible for the financial reporting of critical operating segments. She has since gone on to provide consulting services to several large publicly traded companies relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) compliance, forensic audits, accounting services, and due diligence procedures.\n\n\tMs. Johnigarn holds a B.A. degree in Accountancy from Barcley College.
