The resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s financials, operations, policies or practices. “I want to thank Lee for her significant contributions to EverCommerce,” said Eric Remer, EverCommerce CEO. “She has been integral in our rapid growth and played a critical role in the development of our accounting operations and infrastructure to support our IPO in July 2021.” The Company has partnered with a leading, national firm to conduct a search for a successor to Ms. Dabberdt.
