This follows \n the results of a £7.02 million Conditional Fundraise, announced by the Company last week\n .\n \n \n \n Notice is Hereby Given that \n a\n GM will be held at The Hellenic Centre, 16-18 Paddington Street, London W1U 5AS at 1\n 1\n .00 a.m. (UK time) on \n Fri\n day, \n the 25th March\n 202\n 2\n .
