[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \nInterruption to West Firsby Oilfield production\n\nThe directors of Europa Oil & Gas would like to inform the market of an\nunexpected interruption to production from the West Firsby Oilfield. The\nproduction from the site is currently shut-in due to an engine fire \nearly on Monday morning. There has been damage to engines and pumps but \nthe emergency shutdown system activated and damage was contained within \nthe engine bund. There were no injuries and no spill of oil.\n\nThe site has a spare engine and pump located in a separate bund which will \nbe reinstated to get production back onstream.
