[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1245F\n Europa Metals Ltd\n 12 November 2020\n  \n \n \n \n  \n \n \n \n 12\n \n \n November 2020\n \n \n \n Europa Metals Ltd\n \n \n (\"Europa Metals\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\") (AIM, AltX: EUZ)\n \n \n Renewal of Investigation Permit for the Toral Project, Spain\n \n \n Europa Metals\n , the European focused lead-zinc and silver developer, further to its announcement of 8 June 2020,\n is pleased to announce the successful renewal of the \n investigation permit (\"Investigation Permit\") \n in respect of\n the Company's wholly owned, Toral lead, zinc and silver project (\"Toral\" or the \"Toral Project\") situated in the region of Castilla y León, north-west Spain.\n \n \n The \n Investigation Permit has been renewed, following, inter alia, a consultation process conducted by\n the \n relevant bodies\n of \n the Junta of Castilla y León, for a further three years until 15 November 2023. \n \n \n During \n the\n period\n to 15 November 2023\n , Europa Metals will \n seek\n to prioritise the completion of all necessary \n tasks\n in order to \n enable\n application\n to be made\n for a Mining Licence \n in respect of the Toral Project, in pursuit of\n an appropriate, sustainable, mining development project \n at Toral.\n  \n \n \n The Company expects to shortly \n be able to\n announce the \n findings of Bara Consulting's independent report containing 'updated\n economics for the Toral Project \n and an\n outline \n of \n the key parameters for \n a\n Pre-Feasibility Study (\"PFS\n \"), certain elements of which are already\n underway.\n \n \n Furthermore, Europa \n Metals'\n operations team is finalising plans \n for a\n combined resource and metallurgical drilling programme, which will \n thereby \n enable draw-down of the \n initial \n €163,380 tranche of the CDTI grant, \n details of which were \n announced \n on \n 19 October 2020. The Company is also progressing its hydrogeological programme and \n its \n geotechnical and environmental/waste management workstreams. \n \n \n In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, \n Europa Metals will continue to \n place\n the safety of its workforce above all \n other \n considerations and\n closely\n follow the necessary instructions and regulations stipulated by the relevant governmental authorities.
