OMZ\n \n\n VANCOUVER, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - EurOmax Resources Limited (TSX-V:\n EOX) ("EurOmax" or, the "Company")\n announced today that the following individuals have been elected as the\n board of directors at the adjourned EurOmax Annual General Meeting: John\n Nugent, Mark Gustafson, Randal Matkaluk, and Donald Siemens. \n \n\n In addition, John Nugent has been appointed Executive Chairman of the\n board of directors and Mark Gustafson has been appointed President & CEO\n of the Company.  Mr. Christopher Serin has agreed to remain as Chief\n Financial Officer during the transition period.\n \n\n The members of the new board of directors wish to thank all the\n shareholders who supported the change in the direction of the Company.\n The directors understand that their mandate is to review and assess all\n aspects of the Company and its operations and, with the assistance of\n new personnel, develop and execute a new strategy for the Company.
