He has been the Chief Geologist for\nEurOmax since 2003. He holds a BSc.(Eng.) in geological engineering from Sofia\nMining-Geological University and has more than 20 years experience in the\nminerals industry, mainly involved in metal prospecting and exploration. Mr.\nDimitrov has previously held the position of senior geologist for\ninternational companies including Royal Gold Inc., and Phelps Dodge Inc. (now\nFreeport McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.). He has been involved in regional\nrecognizance, project acquisition and exploration in Bulgaria, Greece,\nMacedonia, Russia and Serbia. Mr. Dimitrov brings a wealth of regional\ngeological knowledge to the Company and has been closely involved in the\ntargeting and acquisition of the EurOmax property portfolio.\n\n\nInvestor Relations Contract\n\n\nEurOmax, subject to regulatory approval has entered into an investor\nrelations contract with Freeform Communications Inc. ("Freeform"). Under this\ncontract Freeform will be paid a monthly retainer of $7,500 and issued 250,000\nstock options with a term of 2 years and exercisable at $0.21 per share.\n\n\nStock Options\n\n\nEurOmax, subject to regulatory approval has issued 2,332,500 stock\noptions pursuant to the Company's stock option plan exercisable at $0.21 per\nshare with a term of five years to directors, officers and employees.\n\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy\nor accuracy of this release.\n\nOn Behalf of the Board of Directors\n\n"John C.
