A 30 line kilometre geophysical program of Induced Polarization,\nresistivity and magnetics over the Ilovitza North porphyry and surrounding\nalteration system has been contracted.\n\n\nAt Ilovitza a copper-gold stockwork intrusion (Ilovitza North) at least\n800 metres long and 400 metres wide intrudes a 1.3 km diameter volcanic\ndiatreme. Reconnaissance mapping has defined a high sulphidation system\n(Ilovitza South), with a prominent alunite-silica lithocap, extending at least\n1000 metres to the south of Ilovitza North. Within Ilovitza South vein\nstockworks and advanced argillic alteration are locally well developed. In\nseveral locations enargite bearing vuggy silica has been mapped. Sampling of\nsulphidic vuggy silica breccia by EurOmax in a small adit at the most southern\noutcrop of the high sulphidation system has returned 3.2 g/t gold and 0.4%\ncopper.\n\n\nThe first diamond drill hole planned to a depth of 450 metres, at\nIlovitza South is targeted to intersect the high sulphidation zone 250 metres\nbelow the main stockwork outcrops. This will be the first hole drilled at\nIlovitza South. Subsequent holes are planned in the main Ilovitza North\nporphyry to test the potentially higher grade eastern and western portions of\nthe intrusion.\n\n\nThe geophysical program will evaluate the entire intrusive system and\nsurrounding alteration zone, in particular the prominent alunite-silica\nlithocap at Ilovitza South which has widespread artisanal workings and remains\nundrilled. A soil geochemistry program has been completed at Ilovitza South.\n\n\nAt the Kazandol oxide-copper property a 1000 metre infil trenching\nprogram has been completed and results are pending.\n\n\nJohn Menzies, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument\n43-101, supervised the preparation of the information in this release.\n\n\n"John Menzies"\n\n\nChairman & CEO\n\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy\n\n\nor accuracy of this release.\n\n\n","length":2359,"tagName":"div"}]
