(TSXV: EMN) (ASX: EMN) (FSE: E060) (the \"Company\" or \"EMN\") is pleased to announce that shareholders have voted in favour of all matters of business brought before them at the Company's Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders (the \"Meeting\") held on May 15, 2025. Detailed results of the voting from the Meeting are set out below. In addition, the Company announces an upcoming change to its Chief Financial Officer effective at the end of the month.
