[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9974T Eurasia Mining PLC 16 June 2009 \n \nEurasia Mining plc\n\n(the 'Company')\n\nExtension of Warrant Application Period\n\nFurther to the announcement of 10 June 2009 the Company confirms that it has extended the period by which eligible shareholders can apply for the Shareholders Warrants (defined below) offered as part of the proposals to restructure the Company conditional on approval of the proposed resolutions at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting. \n\nThe Shareholders Warrants are offered on the basis of one warrant to subscribe for one new ordinary share of 0.1p exercisable at 1p within a period of nine months for each three existing ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company held on the Warrant Record Date (being 29 June 2009) (the 'Shareholders Warrants').\n\nThe original date for returning the application form for the Shareholder Warrants, as set out in the announcement dated 10 June 2009, was 26 June 2009.
