[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6081Z Eurasia Mining PLC 31 May 2016 \n\nEurasia Mining plc (AIM: EUA)\n(\"Eurasia\" or the \"Company\")\nIssue of Equity\nRepayment of Debt\n \nEurasia Mining plc (\"Eurasia\" or \"the Company\"), the PGM exploration and development company focused on Russia, announces that it has issued 9,090,909 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence at 0.55 pence per share (the \"New Shares\") in settlement of invoices for various services. In addition the Company confirms that is has repaid the loan of £250,000 (plus charges) provided by Sanderson Capital Partners Limited earlier this year, more details of which are set out in the announcement dated 12 February 2016. \n \nApplication will be made for the New Shares, which rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to take place on or around 3 June 2016.\n \nFollowing the issue of the New Shares the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 1,404,954,237. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (\"DTRs\"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 1,404,954,237 Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Share). There are no Shares held in treasury.
