[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2539G Eurasia Mining PLC 02 November 2018 \n\nEurasia Mining plc (\"Eurasia\" or \"the Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity \n \n \nEurasia Mining plc (\"Eurasia\" or \"the Company\"), the PGM and gold producing company, announces that following today's announcement it has further issued 5,357,143 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence at 0.42 pence per share, being the closing price on 31 October 2018 (the \"New Shares\"), to the Company's brokers, who chose settlement of accrued service fees by way of New Shares.\n \nAccordingly, the Company has today issued a total of 5,357,143 New Ordinary Shares. Application has been made to admit the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on the 8 November 2018.\n \nFollowing the issue of the new shares the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company will be 2,369,827,178 ordinary shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 2,369,827,178.
