Grant of New Options

Eurasia Mining PLC 8 February 2002 EURASIA GRANTS NEW OPTIONS Eurasia Mining PLC ('Eurasia') announces the grant on 8 February 2002 of 1,110,000 share options under its Executive Share Option Scheme ('the Scheme') to its Executive Directors and other staff as follows: No Executive Directors: Michael Martineau 500,000 Bill Anderson 300,000 Robert Jenkins 100,000 Other staff 210,000 Total 1,110,000 These share options are exercisable at 18 pence each and have a life of four years from their date of grant. They become exercisable as to one third after one year, one third after two years and one third after three years from their date of grant. In connection herewith, Eurasia also announces, for clarification, that all share options previously granted to its Executive Deputy Chairman, Dr Michael Martineau, all fall within the Scheme.
