Astana Dual-Listing Update

Eurasia Mining PLC ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the iridium, osmium, palladium, platinum, rhodium, ruthenium and gold mining company announces the appointment of SkyBridge Invest JSC as its financial adviser in relation to Eurasia's dual listing on Astana International Exchange in Kazakhstan.

Highlights:

·    SkyBridge Invest was awarded "Best Financial Advisor Team" in 2024 by the Astana International Exchange (AIX)

·    SkyBridge Invest was awarded "Best Financial Advisor" in 2022 and 2023 by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)

·    SkyBridge Invest has advised prominent natural resource companies including KazMunayGas NC JSC and KazMunaiGas Exploration Production

·    In the metals and mining sector, SkyBridge Invest has advised (among other mining companies) Kazatomprom, the world's largest uranium producer

·    SkyBridge Invest has also advised on the successful sale of 100% equity interest in AltynAlmas Gold
