Mr.\n Mérette joined the Company on the acquisition of the Domtar forest\n products business in June of 2010.  Mr. Mérette has agreed to continue\n on a consulting basis after June 18, 2011 to provide for an orderly\n transition\n\n\n"We would like to thank Jean-François for his service and wish him the\n best on his future endeavours.  He was instrumental in the transition\n and operation of the business in the last year", said Mr. Rick Doman,\n President and CEO of EACOM.\n\n\nAbout EACOM\n\n\nEACOM Timber Corporation is a TSX-V listed company. EACOM owns seven\n sawmills and an equity interest in an eighth sawmill, all located in\n Eastern Canada, and related tenures. The mills are Timmins, Nairn\n Centre, Gogama and Ear Falls in Ontario, and Val-d'Or, Ste-Marie and\n Matagami in Quebec. The equity interest is in the Elk Lake sawmill\n located in Ontario.
