Joseph (Jay) Gurandiano and Gilles Masson, C.\n\n\nJay is the Managing Director of Stone House Investment Holdings Inc., an\n investment holdings company. He is a director of Xerium Technologies\n Inc. (NYSE:XRM). He also served as the Chairman of the Board of\n Directors of Ainsworth Lumber Co.
