With the publication of this announcement via a Regulatory Information Service, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n26 July 2023\n \nETHERNITY NETWORKS LTD.\n(\"Ethernity\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirectorate Change and Amendment to Resolution of the Annual General Meeting\nEthernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L; OTCQB: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances, announces that by mutual agreement, Mark Reichenberg, Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from 31 July 2023.\nThe Board has commenced an internal and external search for a suitable candidate for the role of Chief Financial Officer and the Company will make a further announcement in due course.
