(NASDAQ: ESTA), a global medical technology company dedicated to improving women’s health and wellness, principally in breast aesthetics and reconstruction, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025.\n\nFirst Quarter Highlights and Outlook\n\n\nFirst quarter worldwide revenue of $41.4 million, including $6.2 million of Motiva sales in the United States.\n\n\n2025 revenue guidance maintained at $205 million to $210 million, year over year growth of 23%–26%.\n\n\nFirst quarter gross margin of 67.2% compared to 65.6% in the year-ago period.\n\n\nFirst quarter loss from operations was $16.9 million compared to a loss of $8.8 million in the year-ago period.\n\n\nFirst quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $12.1 million compared to a loss of $4.0 million in the year-ago period.\n\n\nFirst quarter cash use before financing was $21.0 million compared to use of $18.1 million in the year ago period.\n\n\nCash balance of $69.2 million as of March 31, 2025.\n\n\nPeter Caldini appointed CEO effective May 7, 2025.\n\n\nLaunched Preservé, the second offering in the company’s minimally invasive platform.\n\n\n“Our Motiva launch in the United States continues to be one of the fastest aesthetic launches in history,” said Peter Caldini, Chief Executive Officer. “Our momentum is increasing, and our success in the United States is having a positive impact on our overall results.
