[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n ESSENTRA PLC\n \n \n \n \n 2022 FULL YEAR RESULTS REVISED DATE\n \n \n \n \n EXPECTED RESULTS AND GUIDANCE UNCHANGED\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Essentra plc (\"Essentra\" or the \"Company\"), today announces a revised date for the publication of its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2022. The Company will now announce its results on 29 March 2023 and not on 22 March 2023 as previously stated.\n \n \n The Company confirms that the 2022 outturn remains in line with Board expectations.\n \n \n As a result of the disposals of the Filters and Packaging businesses in 2022, the Company's auditor, PwC, has requested additional time to complete its standard procedures.
