[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n25 March 2025\n \nESSENTRA PLC\n(\"Essentra\")\n \n LISTING RULE 6.4.9 DISCLOSURE\n \nPursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9(1), Essentra provides the following update:\nOn 20 February 2025, the board of Laing O'Rourke Construction South Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Laing O'Rourke Corporation Limited, passed a resolution to enter into a creditors' voluntary liquidation and approving the appointment of liquidators.
