Posting of 2025 Annual Report & Notice of AGM
essensys plc has announced the upcoming posting of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2025, along with the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 30 January 2026. Shareholders are encouraged to submit proxy votes in advance as online voting will not be available at the meeting, though proceedings can be followed remotely via the Investor Meet Company platform. Copies of the documents are also available on the Group's website at: https://essensys.tech/investors/company-documents/.\nThe 2025 AGM will be held at 9.30 GMT on Friday 30 January 2026 at the offices of essensys at One Finsbury Avenue, London, EC2M 2PF.\nIn order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible.\nShareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider.
