Copies of the documents are also available on the Group's website at:\n \n \n https://essensys.tech/investors/company-documents/\n \n \n .\n \n \n The 2022 AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday, 1 December 2022\n at the offices of essensys at Aldgate Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA.\n \n \n In addition to the physical AGM, the proceedings of this year's AGM will be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform. The AGM broadcast will be of the AGM proceedings only. Shareholders may register for the broadcast at\n \n \n https://www.investormeetcompany.com/essensys-plc/register-investor\n \n \n .\n Although the broadcast will not be an interactive forum, shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Board on matters to be discussed at the AGM.
