[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 November 2023\n \nessensys plc\n(\"ESYS\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \nessensys plc (AIM: ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) and technology platforms to the flexible workspace and commercial real estate industries, confirms that, following an exercise of options by former employees, it has issued and allotted 14,560 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\").\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 14,560 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 27 November 2023.\nThe new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 64,676,575 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
