[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7464U\n essensys PLC\n 08 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n 8 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n essensys plc\n \n \n \n \n \n (\"essensys\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Director/PDMR Dealing\n \n \n \n \n \n essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the flexible workspace industry, announces that on 6 April 2021 it was notified that Alan Pepper, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, sold a total of 125,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Group (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 252 pence per Ordinary Share to fund house renovations.\n \n \n Following this transaction, Alan Pepper's total beneficial interest in the Group is 404,566 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.77% of the Group's total issued share capital.
