Greg will also be appointed to the Company's Board as a director.\nGreg has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles and will join the Company from AIM-listed software and technology business Checkit plc where he has worked as Chief Financial Officer since 2021. Prior to joining Checkit, Greg was Chief Financial Officer for Cargo Logic Air. Greg has also held senior positions at Diageo, Monarch and The AA. Greg is a Chartered Accountant.\nGreg's appointment follows Sarah Harvey stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company on 1 August 2024 as previously announced.\nJon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman of essensys said:\n\"Greg brings a deep understanding of SaaS businesses, digital transformation and the delivery of customer experience as well as good knowledge of UK public markets.
