Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc. - Delist - Nova Growth Corp (NOVA)

TORONTO, Aug. 8 /CNW/ - 2155300 Ontario Inc. has now completed the purchase of 100% of the common shares of Nova Growth Corp.

92.3% of the shares were purchased by way of a takeover bid and the balance of 7.7% were deemed to have been purchased by way of a compulsory acquisition.

As such, the common shares of Nova Growth Corp will be delisted at the close today.
