All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll. The results of the poll for each resolution were as follows:\n \n \n\n\n\n\nResolutions\n\n\nVotes For\n\n\n% For\n\n\nVotes Against\n\n\n% Against\n\n\n% If ISC* votes\n\n\nVotes withheld\n\n\n\n\n1. To authorise the Directors to issue shares upon conversion of the CLNs by Caterpillar.\n\n\n839,412,049\n\n\n96.55%\n\n\n30,009,721\n\n\n3.45%\n\n\nN/A\n\n\n125,036,999\n\n\n\n\n2. All resolutions were passed.\n2. Votes \"For\" and \"Against\" any resolution are expressed as a percentage of votes validly cast for that resolution.\n3. A \"Vote withheld\" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted \"For\" or \"Against\" any resolution.\n4. The number of shares in issue on 9 May 2025 was 1,120,074,565 ordinary shares, carrying one vote each, and at that time, the Company did not hold any shares in treasury.\n5.
