Effective January 1, 2006, Geoffrey Rotstein will\nbe promoted to Chief Executive Officer, taking over for current President and\nChief Executive Officer, Dean Hopkins, who is leaving the company after 11\nyears.\n\"Dean was the initial visionary and driving force behind Cyberplex.
