It was recently announced that a nearby hospital has made an arrangement with the Clinic II property owner to lease the space for 5 years at $4,000 per month.  At an estimated annual net income of $40,000 and an acquisition cost of $500,000, the clinic would generate an annual return of 8 + %. The clinic is expected to open in November providing general medical services to Holiday Island and the nearby area.
