(OTC Markets \"ECPO\")\npublished today the first letter to the shareholders from the newly appointed\nChief Executive Officer and Chairman of ECPO, Harry Zhabilov.\n \n\n\n\n\nDear Eco-Petroleum Shareholders,\n\nAs the newly appointed CEO and Chairman of Eco-Petroleum\nSolutions, Inc. it is with great excitement that I address the shareholders of\nthe Company and of Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. regarding our future potential\nas we transition ECPO into the Immunotherapy Medical Industry. \n\nIMMB is the exclusive license holder of a innovative US\nPatented treatment for HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C which has successfully\ncompleted Phase III clinical testing at one of the leading Hospitals in Europe,\nthe Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Infectious and Parasite\nDiseases in Sofia, Bulgaria. The participants in the Phase III testing were\nall salvage patients in various advanced stages of the HIV/AIDS virus. \n\nThe final report issued by the Ministry of Health\ndemonstrated improvement in the immune indices in the absolute number of Ly,\nCD3 T, CD4 T, CD8 T, B Ly, NK and in the percentage of CD3 T, CD4 T, CD8 T, B Ly,\nNK and of the index CD4/CD8.
